• Act as a the focal point & owner of all Access sites restoration activities within technology.• Direct NFM towards correct fault resolution .• 2nd line to Access SOC, TX SOC & SOC performance desk• Last Line at VF technology in resolving site problems .• Direct any RNC/BSC/major TX node problem to TX & Access Support teams• All lead times (response, handling & escalation) to be within the agreed lead times to ensure achieving the least MTTR (Mean Time To Repair).• Ensure adherence to standard technical procedures while handling network activities, problems & faults.• Master all Performance KPIs affecting And measuring site performance .• Use KPI degradations to guide the restoration towards exact fault & to assess fault clearance after actions.• Direct Non fault based KPI degradations to RAN, radio & Tx Planning Teams.• Repeated down site & NTRA sites Analysis.• Collaboration with All Stakeholders .• Participate in SOC team Knowledge buildup & Site restoration team buildup.

• Monitoring all the network alarms and open TT with the alarms to the responsible departments By Remedy.• Execute new expansions for the 3G sites WO• Execute all the WO related to 8600 family or TN Release 4.4 nodes.• Updates the MUX plane and the LLD for the executed WO• Appling QOS on the 8600 family nodes.• Commissioning & troubleshooting of Ericsson Tellabs 8600 nodes (BEP) in Switches (Tellab8660), Hubs (Tellabs 8630) and DXX 8606 using INM.• Working on DXX manager to add the nodes to the network and make auto discovery for all nodes and Consistency check using INM.• Make a cross connection chain for the node Tellabs 86xx by using VPN provisioning .• Prepare all nodes to be ready to carry traffic.• Cutover the traffic from ADM (63XX) to Tellabs 86XX.• Build the IP/MPLS network by configuring network elements, interfaces, links, routing processes and synchronization• Create ,Configure and test L2 VPNs (Pseudo Wires)• Monitor performance.• Monitor and manage faults• Excellent Knowledge of Ericsson Transmission Management systems (SO-EM , IPT-NMS )• Execute W.O. on ML- ( TN & CN ) through IPT-NMS .

Expert at most of Ericsson TRM equpment software and hardware installtion : AMM by it’s types . Mini-link Links by it’s types and all dish sizes . Emerson cabinet installation. Xpic links installation ,alignement and XPD test. Packet swtiching configuration 3G migration  Familier with 2G and 3G ( indoor or outdoor ) Ericsson equipment .- Coordinating 6 teams from sup-contractor to ecute work orders .

- Installion and Configuration for all E/// MW dish sizes and types .- Installation and Swap ALL AMM types (2P , 6p , 20P )- Emerson cabinet installtion and upgrade AMM to 20P - STM-E1 And G-ETH fibre installion .- Dealing with all sites types HUBS , SUB HUBS , END points)
