Project Name and Description:- Swan Lake Residence (SLR), New CairoDescription: The project consists of many residential, commercial Building and Club HouseOwner: Hassan Allam PropertiesContractor: Hassan Allam SonsDuties included: Responsible for all technical civil works at parcel 7 an parcel 14 ,12commercial business buildings for each parcel(Technical office, coordination between project trades and supporting site team )including but not limited:- Review and approve the technical transmittals (Shop drawings, method of statements,,MTR, RFIS,RFPs) based on the materials specifications and full coordination with other trades.- Supervision & following up of all structure works based on Specs. & Standards, as well as Lead and follow-up the team of super vision engineers and follow-up work site.- Lead the junior supervision and contractor teams to ensure the implemented works as perthe specs.- Attend the regular meetings for progress and Q.C with all parties- Issuing of Site Memo’s & NCR’s for contractor- Review the structure design drawings, general and particular conditions, notify the PM forany discrepancies found - Studying & Reviewing of needed Variations according to the owner demands and determinethe impact of time & cost on schedule times.- Discuss and resolve all the queries with the Contractor regarding structure works as well asresolve all the queries raised by the Contractor's regarding the structural materials.
