As a business development and capacity building manager of The Arab Contractors for facility management, I led the company's development from several perspectives: technically, human resources, and financially. One of the largest and most reputable facility management companies in the Middle East and Africa, I am also developing all departments in the company in technical and business approaches,I apply my Six Sigma certification and industrial engineering skills to improve the quality, efficiency, and profitability of projects while ensuring compliance with the highest standards of safety and environmental protection.I also manage the training and development programs for the staff, enhancing their technical and soft skills and preparing them for future challenges and opportunities.In addition, I worked as a Quality Assurance Coordinator with a German partner at ITEC Assiut, a leading institute for vocational education and training development in Egypt.I leverage my extensive experience in various industrial sectors, such as automotive services, steel pipes manufacturing, and scaffolding production, to design and implement effective and innovative TVET solutions for the local and regional markets.I collaborate with international institutions and partners to ensure the alignment of the TVET curricula and standards with the global best practices and industry needs. I also mentor and coach the TVET trainers and students, empowering them to achieve their full potential and contribute to the industrial development of the country.
