I charge for the Execution of two ambulatory clinics in al ain city in value of 25 Million dermas. Engineering stage ( material submittal and workshop drawings ) and coordination with all parties.

· Responsible for the execution of Umm Alquwien General hospital with a total budget of approximately 500 million derham. Direct supervision of onsite contractors related to medical equipment in addition to kitchen and laundry equipment , medical gas system , Pneumatic tube system and medical waste treatment plant . Attending meetings. · Liaising between both the internal and external stakeholders.· Contributing to strategy formulation and forward planning as a member of the execution team.· Initiating the project, defining project scope and preparing the project plan.· Identifying service needs, solving engineering problems relating to the site works.· Identifying and matching needs to approve budget with project stakeholders.· Reporting project status at progress meetings.· Ensuring all resources (manpower and materials), are provided as per the contractor's scheduled plan.

· Responsible for the execution of Extension of SKH Ajman hospital with a total budget of approximately 100 million derham. Direct supervision of installation for medical gas system and medical waste treatment plant.
