Current-make sure that every worker and technician has his PPE's and that every worker is wearing his PPE's according to the job.-for lifting and rigging operations make sure that the loading area is surrounded by a caution tape and that no one is standing in the lifting area except the rigger responsible for the lifting.-make sure that the cranes and the chain blocks and shackles and wires are calibrated and have a calibration certificate with them-inspect the carne and the chain blocks and shackles and wire regularly-for scaffolds make sure that the persons building or helping for building the scaffolds are competent enough and have taken the right training for scaffolds .-inspect the scaffolds material for any faults and make sure that there's no cracks or faults in the plates.-make regular inspections by the scaffold inspector on all scaffolds in site.-for the welding and cutting and fabrication workshop make sure that the fire extinguishing equipment's are working straight and that the housekeeping is up to date and that the escape route is empty of any blocks in case of emergency.-make sure that the welding machine is secured by earthling and that the desialed welding machine has it's spark arrestor on the exhaust system and that it's also earthed.-make sure that every equipment that the workers are working on are disconnected from power and have an isolation card on them .
