Duties: Mainly Responsible for the foreign purchasing cycle, handling the orders of our big vendors such as (HP, ORACLE, Tech Access, Avnet, Cisco, Wincor & Diebold, In addition to handling the 15 big local accounts. Performing buying duties such Corresponding with suppliers for quotations, preparing purchase orders and sometimes the (PR) purchase.

• Responsible for the inventory transactions as: Planning, ordering& delivering goods to the warehouse.
• Managing returns transactions & their shipping aboard.
• Responsible for the Warranty orders & contacting the vendors with which we have B2B Contracts to handle getting replacements for any faulty parts.
• Handling the inventory Forecasting & maintaining the stock level to match our customers’ needs properly.
• Monitoring & Handling the transaction of the warehouse team.
• As our System (ERP) is in the upgrading Phase; I must review & Assure that System outputs are correct & inform the IT Team by any deviation happens to take the proper action.
