Over the years, I have honed my skills in managing and mentoring teams of Backend, Android, iOS, QC, PM, and designers to achieve project goals and exceed client expectations.My journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, where I graduated with a 3.57 GPA. Since then, I've progressed through roles as a Software Engineer I, Software Engineer II, and Senior Software Engineer, before stepping into leadership as an Engineering Manager. I have successfully managed more than 15 projects as a Backend Tech Lead, and in the last 5 projects, I have taken on the additional role of Engineering Manager.In addition to technical expertise, I prioritize open communication, clear goal-setting, and continuous learning within my teams.
