As an Engineering Manager with a strong technical background and a proven track record in leading diverse engineering teams, I am passionate about delivering high-quality software solutions and driving continuous improvement. Over the years, I have honed my skills in managing and mentoring teams of Backend, Android, iOS, QC, PM, and designers to achieve project goals and exceed client expectations.My journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, where I graduated with a 3.57 GPA. Since then, I've progressed through roles as a Software Engineer I, Software Engineer II, and Senior Software Engineer, before stepping into leadership as an Engineering Manager. I have successfully managed more than 15 projects as a Backend Tech Lead, and in the last 5 projects, I have taken on the additional role of Engineering Manager.In addition to technical expertise, I prioritize open communication, clear goal-setting, and continuous learning within my teams. I believe in fostering an environment where team members can thrive and grow through learning tracks and one-on-one meetings. My leadership style is focused on empowering engineers, ensuring a balanced work-life, and staying open to new technologies and methodologies.I am also proud of winning 2nd place in a hackathon related to AI, narrowly missing 1st place by just 0.5 points.
