Contributes to the strategies to improve productivity in accordance to the growth plans- Responsible for Controls wastage of consumable materials- Ensures jobs are fairly allocated to technicians and mechanics based on the skills matrix and that there are adequate staff to achieve workshop objectives- Ensures maximum use of equipment to achieve the highest Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) productively, efficiently and utilization outputs- Ensures the proper write up and vehicle status update is recorded on the dealer management system (DMS)- Loads the technician’s labour hours- Monitors progress of jobs in the workshop and advises service advisors of any delays or issues- Work and maintain all operations

- Responsible for ensuring optimum utilization of the available workshop labor and resources to achieve set operational targets. - Responsible for upgrade the service to reach to maximum performance .- Support the technicians to solve technical problem crossing the repair manuals. - Audit for service and the technical procedures. - Responsible for the workshop flow.

- Training on Body and paint- Training on fundamental of engine.- Training on AT, MT and CVT transmission.- Training on common rail ( diesel engine ) - PDI ( pre delivery inspection )- Periodical inspection theory & practice.- Scan tool (MUT-3) practice.- Automotive Electricity theory & practice.- Gasoline engine theory & practice.- Diesel engine theory & practice.- MPI (multi point fuel Injection) theory & practice.- Chassis and Power train theory & practice.- Automatic Transmission theory & practice.- Diesel fuel system theory & practice.- Workshop foreman training theory.- Automotive electronics theory

Responsible for the workshop capacity,and parts turn over -Establish the customers needs after receiving and welcoming them. - Describe the voice of customers into primary Diagnosis to the workshop. - Explain repairs to customers and ensure that they understand the charges. - Promote the customer satisfaction and handle the customers complaints within the bound of my authority. - Complete the repair orders with the approval of customers about the repair cost and repair time & their signature. - Handle the warranty cases within the authority given. - Contact the customers if any extra repairs needed and take approval for new charges. - Complete the invoice summary - confirming the customer devilry operation with satisfaction. - follow up the customers after delivery and reminder them for maintenance by phone. - Analysis the workshop performance
