Responsible for controlling budget and cost management of the project. Interfacing with the Procurement, Engineering and Finance Departments. Develop and maintain a detailed cost control reports. Perform analytical reviews and checks of cost reporting documentation, and present cost status and forecast updates to the Project Management Monitor , analyze and report variance between planned and actual project costs to control the variance. Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of Invoices processes, etc. Follow up all contractors issues and monitor their cost impact.

-Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded. -Review new subcontractors' contracts and material purchase order, comparing it to the project budget and determine budget deviations if any.-Interact with the project team to ensure all data needed are timely collected, providing support and assistance in performing their tasks.-Perform project costing related reporting to the team and management’s review on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.
