• Responsible for the portfolio of Platinum, Platinum plus and Platinum elite.• Handle Platinum customers’ inquiries, complaints, money transfers, account opening and serving, billing questions and payments.• Ensure full awareness of all products provided and is constantly updated on all changes and amendments on product features, procedures and processes. • Achieve assigned targets/volume/attrition/x-sell/deep-sell for the branch in both assets and liabilities.• Contribute to the profitable growth of the bank in line with the strategic guidelines and the bank policies and procedures.• Receive all relevant customer requests related to cheque book, credit & debit cards, TDs, CDs.etc. check their validity and send to related departments for completion.• Maximize on cross selling growth of existing customer base and identify new potential selling opportunities. • Follow up and close selling/cross selling lead referrals. • Handle Credit Cards and Personal Loans Cases.• Present funds received from customers to the Teller for deposit & obtain receipt for customers• Issue all types of Certificate of Deposits and Time Deposits. • Increase the branch customer base.• Ensure service excellency.
