• Responsible for 3 Zones (Lime Kiln, Juice Purification, and filtration)• Prepare spare part list for all equip. based on manual.• Follow up insulation Work by 3 ways (Spray foam, Foam injection and rock wool).• Follow up erection and mounting steel structure, tanks, equipment. etc. With contractor & supplier• Submit monthly reports for installation activities to the Project Manager. • Responsible for orders all spare parts for my zones based on our stock at warehouse By SAP with the procurment team. • Make plan for the off season to maintain and check all the equipment at the shutdown as check alignment, bearing , seals and lubrication .

* Inspector for 5 areas (kiln and 2 ball mill area , 2 packings area)* Ensure proper operation of mechanical equipments in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications by following the periodic inspection program .* Responsible for all bag filters and EP filter * Monitoring levels of vibration * Responsible for lubrication (oil and grease) * Submit monthly reports on work activities and equipment condition to the PM Section Head.* Assist in the preparation and planning for overhauls and periodic maintenance shutdowns.
