I work on the digital transformation project for Nupco called (iNupco), where transforming all Nupco operations into one digital huge system where suppliers, customers, and employees can use. I am mainly responsible for three modules (Customer Requisition, Contracting, and Receiving & Invoicing). My brief responsibility is:• Gather business requirements from stakeholders (business process departments and product categories departments), and align them together to reach a common ground.• Work intensively on the complex workflow for each system, and defining the product backlog, and priorities.• Writing user stories and PRD documents for all modules.• Working closely with other Business Analysts for other modules to be aligned on the same product roadmap and integration between modules.• Working closely with the UI/UX team to create the design screens that has better user experience and design system.• Managing technical requirements with technical team.• Delivering all required PRD and Screens upon the deadline stated by CIO and other top management.
