• Facilitated the National Workshop on the development of the National Strategy for NTBs elimination in collaboration with COMESA Secretariat and participation by 11 National Agencies form public and private sectors. (August 2022, Cairo)• Chaired the COMESA Second Regional Forum on NTBs. (September 2022, Malawi)• Headed the Egyptian Delegation in COMESA Seventh Meeting on Trade and Trade Facilitation. (October 2022)• Technical contributions to the COMESA National Workshop on the development of the National Strategy for NTBs elimination, Second Regional Forum on NTBs, Seventh Meeting on Trade and Trade Facilitation.• Follow-up implementation of the COMESA and Tripartite FTAs.• Liaise Person of COMESA and Tripartite NTBs resolution, Online Mechanism, National Monitoring Committee and related regional collaboration and arrangements.• Negotiations and preparatory work of Egyptian positions in the Trade Agreements under African RECs and AU. Technical and operational contributions to the Trade Facilitation Support interventions as the development of NSW Roadmaps, Arab Cross Boarders Connectivity, Application of Trade Facilitation Measures, Review of the Functional Operations of SWs and/or Trade schemes, organization of national, regional and international events including workshops, seminars and trainings, development of concept notes, surveying and reporting processes, Establishment of single window components like Data Harmonization and Business Process Reengineering, support MSMEs and Cooperative for export readiness and compliance, development and assessment operations related to mobilization of experts, development and assessment operations to the establishment of ICT tools and platforms in supporting SWs and Trade. We were a flat management and diversified composited team of six members specialized in Trade Policy, Trade Facilitation, Customs, Standards and SDGs were supervised by CTA. The supervisory interventions were limited to monitoring the implementations and progress achieved on the implementation and/or interventions by third party or mobilized expert/s on a specific assignment.
