I was privileged by being among the restructure team who is responsible for updating, restructuring, reorganizing the bank’s database, grading system, pay structure and all HR related issues after the acquiring of NBD by ADIB. Allowing me to use my past knowledge and adding a new layer to my experience with a higher sense of responsibility & a more extensive attention to details.Achievements / Responsibilities:- Generating staff database with their all related data. - Taking over all the Payroll related responsibilities and tasks, as these tasks were handled by the Finance department in the process of sustaining staff confidentiality.- Budgeted for, Managed & implemented the early retirement plan launched in 2009/2010.- Annual Salary review for the year 2010.- Supervising related Administrative tasks regarding the staff.- Supervising the in-house medical plan.- Preparing Annual Salary Tax reconciliation.- Staff budget preparation & review.- Preparing monthly analytical reports to review budget progress versus actual.- Responsible for the launch of the new payroll system. Main custodian of migration the HR data from the old system (IBBS) to the current used one (Flexcube). Finalizing tax reconciliation for delayed past periods Implementing cost saving analysis of taxes dues that saved the bank more than 3 million. Creating a new tracking system of the staff annual leaves to ensure easy & proper tracking.
