Strategic marketing manager with 15 years of experience in marketing management, brand management, and brand communications..Started my professional career as a Customer Relationship Specialist at Makro Cash & Carry Egypt a subsidiary of METRO Group Dusseldorf in the country opening, conducting customers surveys, analyzing data, generating reports and presentations for several internal departments to support the startup strategies. Customers segmentation to customize the targeting and positioning local strategies and processes, and conducting kick of cash & carry concept and Makro's mission presentations for our target groups.After less than 11 months I got promoted to Deputy Manager - Own Brands responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of 10 brands under several food & non food categories, developing strategic marketing plan for each brand in collaboration with the category management and marketing department. In this Brand Management role, OB performance including market and instore share was part of my responsibilities, in addition to participation in regional marketing / branding / trade marketing activities, and generate analytical reports and presentation for the region & local management regarding OB performance.Then I decided to move for Trout & Partners Egypt to explore and discover the other part of the game (the agency side) in this role I worked on several industries as an account manager, and as part of our role that we act as an outsourced marketing department for our clients, so I was considering myself the marketing manager for each client and the brand manager for each brand. Part of my responsibilities was repositioning, marketing strategies, marketing planning and budgeting, and marketing communications. After two years in the agency side I decided to take a step further which is moving to Exception advertising as an account director to manage a team of account managers in marketing management and brand management for our clients
