I am a dedicated physician and researcher with an unwavering passion for gastroenterology, patient care, and research. My journey in the medical field began in Cairo, Egypt, where I earned my M.D. with distinction from Cairo University School of Medicine.After completing medical school, I had the privilege of joining Yale Digestive Diseases as a post-doctoral research fellow, immersing myself in cutting-edge research and collaborating with renowned experts in the field. During this role, I contributed to multiple research projects focused on Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), furthering the understanding and treatment of this complex condition.Following my fellowship at Yale, I started my medical residency at Norwalk Hospital, affiliated with Yale School of Medicine. As an Internal Medicine Resident, I continued to work in my role as a research associate at Yale Digestive Diseases, combining my clinical training with ongoing research efforts to enhance patient care and advance gastroenterology knowledge.My dedication to gastroenterology, commitment to patient well-being, and continuous pursuit of scientific exploration drive my efforts in providing comprehensive and compassionate care to individuals with gastrointestinal conditions. I remain devoted to staying abreast of the latest advancements in the field and actively contribute to the development of innovative approaches to the diagnosis, treatment, and management of gastroenterological disorders.
