1- Handle all post-sales related inquiries raised by either customers or the sales team.2- Manage all communications internally with the designing team to modify, change and create card designs to meet customers’ requests and submit them to their respective payment schemes.3- Manage all communications internally with the production team to follow up with the production progress of orders and set production, finishing and delivery plans for all sales orders.4- Prepare and deliver Personalization stock reports on basis (Weekly – Monthly – Yearly) to customers and monitor stock levels of all products to maintain them at secured reserve.5- Communicate with customers to ease and eliminate any obstacle in invoice or cash collection to maintain a steady flow of cash and revenue.6- Communicate with external vendors to request all stationary material (Welcome letters – boxes & packs – Envelopes – Wearables) and compare them against technical.7- oversees a group of employees and motivates them to do their job efficiently.8- provide daily objectives, develop reward systems for productivity that motivate new hires and seasoned workers alike.9- communicate any issues with upper management to reach business goals effectively.

1. Responsible for collaboration and communication with Sales team as needed.2. Communicate and coordinate customers’ orders with internal departments and Export Manager. 3. Review the L/C and make sure to amend the clauses requested by (CS, Logistics, Finance) if exists. 4. Send order confirmation to the client once receiving production plan confirmation from planning dep. 5. Ensure clients are informed of order manufacturing progress, shipping arrangements & Send Dispatch Notification Notice to client to share loading & booking details. 6. Handling all shipments which need to inspection before or within loading. 7. Follow up with the logistics department to send draft shipping documents (commercial invoice, packing list, BL, COO, COQ and any other documents related to the shipment or needed by the customer) for review before sending it to the customer and obtaining a confirmation of the documents. 8. Prepare all the export documents needed and send them to customers. 9. Inform the clients about the due payments & follow up till receiving their feedback.10. Open a file for each client and maintain needed documents in it. 11. After sales support service – handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensure resolution to problem. 12. Other duties as assigned.
