- follow purchase requests ( Using SAP for procurement system )- Issuing Technical Procurement Department purchase orders.( Using SAP for procurement system )- Receive Quotation Requests and preparing price comparisons- Monitoring data management to keep accurate product, pricing and invoicing information.- Working closely with suppliers and customers to improve operations and reduce cost.- Providing accurate routing information to ensure that delivery times and locations are coordinated.-Supervise and assign tasks to the procurement engineers
