*Managing the daily work for theSecurities Settlement desk.* Responsible for executing dailytransactions with average amount ofUSD 100 M* Ensure that all operational policies,procedures and controls related to theSecurities Settlement desk are in place.* Leading & coaching the security deskteam.* Managing the individual goals thatmake up the task and assessing how well these have been performed themselves.* Keeping an eye on from a manager’spoint of view to avoid discoveringinadequacies at the end of the task ortimeframe.* Complete control of each task through to its completion.* Helping individual employees develop skills and grow in confidence throughdelegation.* Achieving any task assigned bymanagement.*Enhance the quality of work.

*Checking that all daily work of Treasury Operations was done within the Controls Of the Department. * Reconcile End of day of FX, MM & Derivatives unit to discover the discrepancies.* Checking sales & dealer Limit.* Checking Counterparty Limit.* Reconcile End of day of Fixed income unit to discover the discrepancies.* Reconciliation of Bond position between CBS Sys. and MCDR.* Reconciliation of Bills Position between CBS Sys.and CBE statment.

*Prepare Final report of the Currency Position.* Prepare the IFRS for Derivatives.*Prepare EWRA file.*Prepare Concentration report.* Prepare the Foreign CBE Deposit (10%).

* Monitoring daily the maturity date and the expiry date for all FWD and Option deals.* Authorize new MM & FX deals on system after checking Reuter’s conversation or Jetstream.* Authorize Swift messages for option deals & Check the incoming option confirmations against deals andhighlight discrepancies for immediate resolution through email or Swift messages.* Prepare & Send Report of Counterparty limit.* Prepare and send CRR files (Option, IRS and FX) to concerned departments.* Handling End of Month Processing.
