(IQOS Tobacco Heating System)• Welcome consumer’s in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance and assist with discovery of IQOS.• Educate consumers about IQOS and conduct a guided trial.• Perform seamless purchase transactions, assisting with customization & after-sales services.• Provide exceptional customer service experience by executing product diagnosis, returns and replacements in line with IQOS consumer-centric principles.• Execute retail store operations adhering to Store Operations Guidebook, including, but not limited to: inventory management, store readiness and store presentation standards.• Support colleagues in following all standards.• Ensure delivery of set KPI targets (e.g. consumer satisfaction score).

Removes money canisters from ATM, and replenishes machine supplies, such as deposit envelopes, receipt paper, and cash.• Counts cash and items deposited by customers, and compares to transactions indicated on transaction tape from ATM.• Records transaction information on form or log, and notifies designated personnel of discrepancies.• Tests machine functions, and balances machine cash account, using electronic keypad.• Corrects malfunctions, such as jammed cash or paper, or calls repair personnel when ATM needs repair.• Maintain close liaison with the control centre to ensure that equipment problems are dealt with promptly. Ensure that potential faults that could cause equipment to malfunction are identified and resolved timeously. Ensure that all ATM terminals cubicles are kept clean and maintained in good condition
