Provide quality customer service while helping customers pick out the best merchandise for their unique style. Drive up sales by selling merchandise such as clothing and shoes to meet weekly and monthly sales quota. Train approximately 4-5 new associates each year on using the computer system and keeping the store organized.

Assigned agents to service domestic military moves for given area. Maintained contact with agents, military members, and military base to ensure all items were approved for shipment.
