These projects, valued at $100 million, span the domains of Education, Health, Judiciary, Youth, and Women Empowerment, specifically targeting public sector reform and offering support to government organizations.In my capacity, I have strategically overseen the entire lifecycle of program development, management, and implementation, demonstrating proficiency in workforce development, courts reform and automation, quality excellence models, organizational development, good governance, public sector financial management, human resources, and new-business development.A key aspect of my role involves leading the design, management, and implementation of innovative strategies for program management and implementation. I focus on promoting effectiveness by retaining talented staff and enhancing leadership and knowledge management skills within public sector organizations. Additionally, I am adept at designing and delivering Executive Training Programs tailored for senior government, public, and private sector officials.Building and sustaining relationships is a cornerstone of my approach. I have successfully developed and maintained contacts with high-level officials of the Government of Egypt (GOE) and Private Sector leaders.
