With over 10 years experience in accounting systems (e.g., QAD, OneStream, Infor, Oracle) for multi-national manufacturing organizations, I have developed deep insight and understanding of complex IT architectures that integrate business operations with financial metrics/structures, that are designed to scale. Over these years, I have supported many manufacturing organizations as they accelerate investment into system upgrades, cloud migrations, and ERP modernizations, while some also incorporating advanced methods (ML, Git, DevOps). This exposure from an financial system perspective during my career is continuously refined by my master's degree in information systems and bachelor's in finance.In my most recent role at Valmont Industries, I partnered with the business to analyze and solve complex financial system problems, while overseeing strategic IT/Finance projects world wide. I collaborated with the global value stream owners and solution design leads to support enhancements and transformations to the enterprise applications framework. In my previous role at Asteelflash, I also managed and coordinated IT-Finance projects worldwide and help define the finance and accounting reporting foundations and cost accounting model. My current mission is to transfer my skillset by collaborating with IT and finance professionals who wish to advance our collective needs (i.e., people over profits).
