Contributing through my experience and knowledge; contributing from an authoritative position by breaking barriers between the knowledge and the power. To be able to ensure that the power of knowledge is being tracked and maintained in such a way that it becomes the driving factor not only for an organization but also for any individual. In my carrier I want to be known as a person, who could identify people; people who doesn’t care about delivering but delivering it right, so it’s not only about managing people or to lead them, rather it’s about to take the journey along with the people, knowing the path in depth and build and cherish the right team to achieve whatever goal comes up in this ever-changing filed of business.
