• Prepare journal entries, reconcile financial statements and accounts, and ensure data accuracy by entering daily transactions of (AP – AR – GL) on the main account and the ERP Accounting System (Easy Soft).• Daily Cash Management, Weekly Cash Forecasting and Preparing Cash Reports.• Handling daily operation with Banks through monitoring the implementation of cash transactions, plus recording on the ERP system. • Weekly Banking Reconciliations for (2) Bank Accounts and sometimes (5) bank accounts (CIB-QNB-AAIB).• Issuing electronic invoices to the clients.• Follow up collections from most of clients and communicate effectively with them.• Analyze costs, pricing, sales results and compare it with the estimated cost.• Responsible for Monthly reports (Other Credit & Debit Balances , Account Receivable and Account Payable)• Revise invoices, receipts submitted for payment & Revise checks.• Review and Approval project's custodies.• Review and Approval petty cash of projects.• Review and Approval permanent custody.• Review the Issued contractors and supplier's payments.• Preparing Financial Reports, Preforming account reconciliations and maintaining the general ledger. • Preparing company's financial statements.• Responsible of all tax calculations forms and payments to tax Authorities (Form 10 – VAT) (Form 41 – Quarterly Withholding Tax) and Payroll tax.• Prepare tax returns.• Follow up with the Chartered accountant office and prepare all the required information’s and documents.• Maintaining accounting controls by following and recommending policies and procedures.• Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
