Fuse is an innovative co-design project which tackles some of the challenges faced by young people growing up in East London when striving to live prosperous lives and to achieve their aspirations. The project aims to create a community solution that will help tackle the barriers young people encounter when trying to find and keep decent and fulfilling work.Participant sharing experiences as a Young Person to help drive insights for the project. Project involves: THE PLUG: YIA, UCL Institute for Global Prosperity, Hackney Quest & LLDC

Took part in the Young Enterprise Competition as Managing Director for team Flossi. As a team, we created mental health wellbeing boxes to support the affects covid-19 has had on individuals. We were successfully able to sell our products and support individuals during a difficult time. Responsibilities included: - Collaborating with other members of the team. - Creating strategies to progress the product forward. - Managing the team and the business, ensuring smooth processes. - Developed key insights into business development. - Team and I won the marketing award from successfully creating an enterprise.
