Amra is Co-Founder of Accelerating Asia and General Partner at Accelerating Asia Ventures. Accelerating Asia is an early stage venture capital fund investing in brave ideas to catalyse positive change. We identify startups with tech-based solutions, revenue and early traction in high-growth, underserved Southeast Asia and South Asia markets that fall in the seed-pre-series A funding gap. We invest and fast-track growth through our flagship Accelerating Asia program, the region's leading and award-winning accelerator. At the core of the work we do is the guiding belief that entrepreneurs are one of humanity’s greatest catalysts for positive change.For close to a decade, Amra has spearheaded high-impact partnerships and programs including the award-winning UN Women global social entrepreneurship program, Project Inspire and muru-D’s which was widely recognised as one of the top startup accelerators in Asia.
