Manage communication between partners, investors, and scientific directors creating projects for CAR-T cell therapy and CGT in the Middle East

Patient access services (Check-in/Check-Out, scheduling, appointment concerns) Assist care team with managing patients in the EHR. Assist with medical billing and medical records. Assist coordination of specialist referrals and outside orders.

Joining KG Premier was significant to my sales and customer service literature. This is where I took the simple methods gained from being a sales associate at MetroPCS and accelerated them through maintaining the high quotas required for sales representatives at Boost Mobile. Learned about advertising methods and sales skill sets that allowed higher competitive commission. Gained knowledge regarding customer interaction and satisfactory services among various groups. Aside of the ongoing learnings about the latest technology and promotional updates, I also participated in team meetings and events held throughout the weeks with other district employees.

Accompanied physicians at the Mercy Heart Hospital, ED. Through this opportunity, I was able to connect my learnings at UMSL with the experiences in the hospital environment by;- Recording the documentation of an accurate, concise, and complete patient history and review of systems based on patient-physician interactions, recording a physical exam based on a physician’s dictation.- Accurately transferring lab and radiology results from the electronic system or as dictated by physicians, radiologists, or other emergency department staff, recording progress or procedures notes, clinical impression, plan and follow-up.

Gained my first skillset and learnings of being a Sales Representative. Competition within this small business was encouraged through customer service and building client base. Provided troubleshooting steps and feedback to store visitors as well as recommending products and accessories to meet service satisfaction.
