As a Construction Project Engineer for the International Aviation Training Center at Prince Sultan University, I am overseeing the construction of a state-of-the-art facility that will serve as a hub for advanced aviation training. The project consists of a 4-story steel structure with a total height of 25 meters, built on a strong foundation to support its unique design and specialized functions. This facility will include cutting-edge classrooms, flight simulators, and training areas to enhance aviation education and professional development in the region.My key responsibilities include:1.Developing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; collaborating with contractors, architects, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.2.Ensuring accurate implementation of steel structure designs; resolving technical challenges in collaboration with engineering teams.3.Conducting inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards, specifications, and safety codes; managing material testing and approvals.4. Tracking project expenditures, managing procurement processes, and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.5.Overseeing site safety protocols, conducting audits, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations.6. Regularly tracking project progress, identifying risks, and providing timely updates to stakeholders.7. Managing subcontractors, ensuring quality work, and resolving any disputes.
