- Responsible for managing assigned projects from initiation to closure in the Middle East, GCC Countries and Africa. - Develop and track detailed project plans, schedules, timelines, achievements, risks and issues to drive successful outcomes.- Promote and monitor compliance activities with audit and information policies.- Developing and implementing corrective action plans to mitigate impact to project schedules and overall business objectives.- Meets budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.- Define and document project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.- Track project costs and contribute to earned value analysis and regularly collect and report contract financial management and overall project health, P&Ls and forecasted budget. - Using a hybrid between Agile & waterfall approach for the most efficient delivery of our services.- Collaborate closely with the Head of PMO by providing monthly budget forecasts and reconciling invoices.- Monitor project progress, regularly report on progress, identify and action potential stoppers and issues.- Facilitate efficient communication across all levels of the project (Internal Stakeholders, External Stakeholders, Partners, Third Parties, Vendors and Clients) to ensure consistency in reaching the project’s goal, and to help in the recognition of any potential opportunities, risks or complications.- Delegates project tasks based on staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.- Leading and managing cross-functional and virtual teams to ensure key deliverables are achieved.- Identifying and managing potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects.- Provide leadership for the project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibility and project milestones.

- Perform installations and maintenance (corrective and preventive), Configuration, Plan, Organize, perform testing and upgrades, Troubleshooting, workaround and solving problems, also Programming of Voice Systems and provide support of Avaya Red and Blue (Formerly Nortel) voice infrastructure to include IP Telephony, voice routing design and configuration.- Provide in-depth onsite and remote technical guidance to Customers to ensure a successful deployment also diagnose and resolve technical issues during the implementation.- Serve as a technical lead for hardware installation, configuration, and operational support of Telecom infrastructure.- Provide the highest level of technical consultancy to ensure problem resolution is achieved in the shortest possible time frame.- Manage the deliverables on complex customer design and implementation projects.
