Believing in learning by doing I co created a company in order to learn what it is like to run one. As Co-Founder I worked on managing and training several developers for the company. I maintained and managed the accounting and finance of the company at the early stage, as well as engaged in some legal legislation tasks when founding the company.As lead developer I oversaw and participated in the creation of several web and mobile projects, both on my own and through a team.I met with clients, gathered requirements, worked with designers, engaged in UX and UI design activities myself, and created processes for a better client-designer-developer workflow.I also trained interns and entry developers and guided their development, including publishing open-source packages. As a developer I got to work on:- A React Native mobile app for EFGHermes's internal HR.- Creative websites with animations using GSAP (http://aiesec.org.eg/) as well as a 360 website with Three.JS (http://egyptwhereitallbegins.com/).- Integrate with 3rd party vendors like payment processors and couriers- Build frontend web e-commerce apps, using most recently React, and NextJS with a Node and MongoDB backend.

Operating remotely as a senior full stack software engineer Work mostly on MES one of the companies 3 products aimed at facilitating agile manufacturing

- Changed the CS101 curriculum to use python instead of Java and pseudo code, by implementing an online judge with a completely client side python debugger.- Oversaw the development of an automated evaluation tool for student Java Project submissions in another course.- Published a poster paper in Springer- Designed and delivered the tutorial content for our Software Engineering Course.- Instructed the Introduction to Computer Graphics course.

As IT Manager I head hunted interns and managed the task of rebooting the Seba7a Academy system.I also continued maintaining my previous projects there. Specifically a swimming meet management system.

Created a Swimming Meet Management System with a PHP backend and jQuery.

As member in The IC organizing committee I developed some of the information system requirements of the conference, mostly project management, research, then codding, engaging with a wide array of internationals from AIESEC's 120 countries.

Developed the TEDxGUC website (http://tedxguc.org), which received a special mention on awwwards and got featured on the TED website.

As a COMM and IM member I developed the AIESEC GUC website along with COMM general tasks

I planed member development, conducted goal setting to the local community members, and satisfaction survey as well as organizing a training session on need assessment.
