Consult with and advise franchisees throughout the construction process including:Manage the qualifying and bidding process for General Contractors to achieve competitive pricingDevelop construction and vendor delivery and installation schedulesAnalyze all bids and pricing for all contracts and purchasing decisionsManage the submittal and receipt of all building and health permits and approvals necessaryConstruction Management- coordinate all key activities with the General Contractor and Vendors, assist in managing critical events from project start up through punch list completion and transition to operationsWeekly reporting including schedule update, utility updates, OSI updates, etc.Provide support & guidance to franchisees, architects, and contractors throughout construction processPartner with subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely completion and adherence to contractual requirementsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationInterpret blueprints, shop drawings, sketches, and work ordersCoordinate internal resources and others for support of store buildouts
