Recent Achievements: - Achieved Executive Sponsorship for a council wide, inclusive Apprenticeship Programme to create Early Careers and Emerging talent pipelines into and through the business. - Delivered an impactful 2022/23 programme of first in class digital Leadership networking and forums for over 200 top 4 tier leaders- Led covid-19 task force to set up staff wellbeing and support response in the early days of the pandemic achieving a commendation at the personnel today award 2021.- Co-led the implementation of succession planning at executive board level and led subsequent design and implementation of succession planning guidance, toolkit and documentation to the business- Subject matter expert, implemented leadership development for 280 operational senior leaders to develop Strategic leadership skills and capabilities- 90% retention of graduate trainees into mid-level/ senior positions after 2-year rotational graduate development programme.

Working in a busy team in a newly restructured Organisation and People Development Department. Currently Project Managing an organisation wide IT skills project as well as working on developing e-Learning to meet organisational targets around new learning technologies.
