- Building the annual strategic and operational marketing plan for the brands.- Support and execute the marketing plan.- Manage regular communications with suppliers; preparing and sharing monthly sales reports- Lead the advertising and social media campaigns, including events and in-store activations - Prepare quaterly performance report on the product portfolio for management review.- Collect sales marketing data and conduct strategic analysis to forecast marketing trends.- Evaluate potential new partners and support new product launches.- Regular feild visits to have visibility on the market environment- Manage the yearly marketing budget and provide monthly updated to to finance- Customer and Market analysis on competitive strengths and weaknesses- Conduct regular brand trainings- Build concepts and work closely with the graphic designers for marketing materials- Build business plans for existing and new brands- Manage the regulatory requirements (ECAS/EQM) for the market and liaise with notified bodies

- Determining customers’ needs by conducting online market research for new product launches- Recommending the nature of present and future product lines; appraising new product ideas and/or packaging designs- Assessing market competition- Providing information to the management by preparing purchase and sales forecasts- Facilitating inventory turnover by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels and production schedules- Bringing New products to the market; preparing return on investment analysis- Establishing time schedules with product development and manufacturing- Meeting with new suppliers and maintaining relationships with current suppliers - Determining product pricing by utilizing market research data, reviewing production, sales costs and anticipating sales volume- Monitoring product standards and quality-control programs; managing the production schedule- Conducting research to find out which tests need to be conducted for different markets- Coordinating Export and Import shipments- Complete management of online marketplaces

- Primary responsibility of acquiring New-to-Bank clients for Asset products as well as Liability products and develop a relationship for cross-sell opportunities- Participate in corporate, mass-market and branch deployments with the team for business generation and leads accumulation
