As a Senior Software Engineer with a diverse skill set, I am passionate about delivering high-quality solutions for complex technical challenges. With over seven years of experience, I have expertise in developing web-based applications using Java and JavaScript technologies, integrating with various backend systems, and implementing advanced security features such as PKI solutions.Currently, I am working as a Senior Software Engineer at Ascertia (Pvt) Ltd, where I am a full-stack developer. In this role, I am responsible for enhancing the existing product by adding support for new SOAP and Restful Java service, improving product performance and quality, and integrating third-party HSM into applications. Additionally, I conduct multiple R&Ds for adding new features to the product, train and mentor junior developers, and deliver implementation and functional specification documents of the product.Prior to this, I worked as a Software Engineer at Xavor Corporation, where I developed a web-based reporting tool called xReports. In this role, I collaborated with in-house web designers to create sleek and innovative UI design and developed multiple Process Extensions in Java for Oracle Agile PLM. I also designed and developed a cloud-based SaaS web application called EG&C, which managed, calculated, and processed environmental compliance related information, along with implementing integration services with Oracle SCM.In addition to my technical skills, I possess soft skills such as leadership, communication, time management, proactiveness, and empathy. I am familiar with PM methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. I was also an adjunct faculty member of Human-Computer Interaction course.I completed my Bachelor's in Software Engineering from Punjab University College of Information and Technology in Lahore, Pakistan. I have experience using various development tools such as Notepad++, Git, SVN, Jira, Confluence, Eclipse, IntelliJ, Netbeans, Hudson, Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence, and Trello. I have also used various testing tools including SOAP UI and Postman and database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and Oracle.In my free time, I enjoy listening to music and exploring new places.
