Using my background in storage technology, I was responsible for developing technical and marketing communication materials intended for a variety of enterprise storage software management products for IT end-users, storage administrators and system administrators.Utilizing knowledge of FrameMaker and Authorit!, I converted numerous documents from FrameMaker to Authorit!. My multimedia experience allowed me to develop and deliver the Multimedia Authoring Fundamentals course. Converted course to CD-based using Adobe Acrobat and Macromedia Director.Using Object-Oriented Programming, Apple Script, Apple Events knowledge, and multimedia background, developed and authored the SK8 User’s Guide. Also developed an on-line help system. Using multimedia background, developed and authored the Apple Media Tool User’s Guide, versions 2.0 and 2.1.
