As a project manager with a bachelor's degree in production engineering and mechanical design, I have over 10 years of experience in Industrial projects, process improvement, design, and manufacturing. I am certified Google Project Management Professional, and completed some courses like, Business Acumen for Project Managers, Become a Project Management Entrepreneur, and Programming Foundations: Fundamentals. In my most recent role as a project manager at Elsewedy Electric, I successfully managed $10M transformers projects in Ethiopia and $11M in Pakistan, overseeing all aspects from initiation to completion. I applied effective cost control measures, risk management strategies, and communication skills to meet project requirements within budget and on time. I also improved team performance and progress tracking through weekly project reports. As a mechanical design engineer, I designed transformer tanks and radiators, using AutoCAD and SolidWorks to create detailed drawings and 3D models. I implemented cost-saving and process optimization techniques, resulting in a significant reduction of expenses and scrap rates, and an improvement of assembly time. I am passionate about project excellence, engineering innovation, and interdepartmental collaboration, and I am eager to contribute further to the field.
