I am having 12 Yrs or experience in IT operations and IT infrastructure management ,iI am currently employed with DEN Networks Ltd. as AGM -IT, at ,I am responsible to roll out PAN india procedures, projects and strategies. I am handling IT department with accountability for vendor management ,contract negotiation and performance management . I am leading, managing and motivating team of 25 people , setting overall objectives and individual goals, performance reviews and development. These people includes Network and IT infrastructure persons.Also responsible for maintaining DR site for high availability and business continuity . Have just selected as NEXT100 CIO of India by ITNEXT magazine. Prior to DEN i was working with Impetus Infotech , a MNC in software development , at Impetus i was managing team of 15 engineers and I was responsible to manage whole IT infrastructure for Noida office including LAN , Server management , VC and lease line connectivity with different Offices, IPSEC VPN with various client sites. I also provide solutions on various technology platforms like Networking ,Windows,linux .
