Roles & Responsibilities:Interacting with the clients and understanding their requirements. Identify new areas of opportunity (lines of technology, new clients, new areas with existing clients)Requirement Mapping. Internal recruitment & candidate training.Executive Search through Database, Job Portal Search, Advertisements, referencing, networking, walk-in, headhunting etc)Screening & Short listing resumes as per the specifications.Co-ordination with the client for feedback on daily basis and schedule interviews of short listed candidates & provide this feedback to team member Conduct HR discussions with candidates and discuss with HR about offer letter. Pre-joining and post-joining follow-ups. Responsible for revenue targets and revenue collections from the assigned customersChart out process details for walk-ins and scheduled interviews. Sourcing resumes of require skill professionals (portal, referencing, networking, walk-in, campus etc)Screening resumes as per the specificationCo-ordination with the panel and schedule interviews of candidates (Telephonic and personnel interviews)Conduct HR discussions with candidates Internal recruitment & arrange the candidate training.
