CurrentBSES RAJDHANI POWER LTDNehru Place Division - approx. 20 Crs per month businessBusiness aspects includes: Metering, billing, recovery, new connection, particulars changes in existing connection (load change, Cat change, name correction, address correction etc), legal cases (CGRF, Ombudsman, court cases etc)• Managing team of more than 40 employees• Consumer dealing on daily basis for resolving business related issues.• Meeting with MLA/MP/SDM on behalf of my division for resolving issues in the area and raise our concern for the betterment of services.• Work in close coordination with O&M team for the improvement in network, load projection, space availability for new transformer etc.• Organising new connection camps in Jhuggi area (low income group)• Attend and submit reply to the legal cases of CGRF, Ombudsman, court cases etc.• Organising 'AAP KE DWAR' consumer meet which is an initiative by BRPL to resolve any queries of the consumers at their door step.• Enforcement dues settlement for the Jhuggi area consumers to bring them in billing network.• Responsible for self, internal and external audit, did external audit of other divisions also.New Initiatives at office:• Designed and submitted flow chart for “load feasibility & revisit option” through TAB in DSK module.• 5S implementation in office: Win sustainable awards for implementation at business offices.• Installation of charging station for Electric vehicle (EV) across Nehru place division offices.• Meeting with RWAs for installation & feasibility of solar panel and their benefits.Loss Reduction• DT(Direct theft) cleaning in-charge of Tikri sub-division (West Delhi)• Meeting with politicians, Villagers - Opinion makers and other Consumer/citizen organization bodies there by resulting in positive environment & smooth functioning of DT defaulters casesEnforcement• Work as Team leader, responsible for raids.• WON "BEAT THE BEST" award for highest no of load booking in FY 15-16 across BRPL.
