LOD-300 & LOD-400 3d models for Al-Ghurair scope of work such as glass wall lining, glass screens, stretched fabric wall, steel cladding, lift enclosures and aluminum cladding.B. Finding engineering solutions to solve clashes between the company scope of work and other trades.C. Material allocation required by the company to estimate all required materials for production.D. Production orders to the factory including all fabrication orders and fabrication drawings based on the LOD-400 models.

Multi-Purpose Hall at Lusail Project in QatarA. Responsible of developing a comprehensive 3D BIM model for all the project scope; including concrete structures, architectural finishes, facades, roof and MEP based on the 2D documents.B. Show discrepancies and conflicts in the 2D drawings.C. Develop design and inter-discipline coordination studies / Identify clashes between the different trades and disciplinesD. Extract detailed and summarized material take-off reports from the BIM model per project WBS or per any level of detail required.E. Link the material take-off to the project BOQ and highlight new items.F. Quantity surveying support and payment certificate support.G. Support variation orders and change management workflows.H. Progress monitoring through 3D Model and Quantities.
