Marassi - Blanca Phase II & III Project

Alexandria International Airport Project- Coordinating between MEP and (Civil/Arch) drawings at site- Review Shop Drawings, Construction Details, Product Data, Material Samples, Methods of Statements.- Supervision of MEP Installations at site.- Assistance to Design and Construction team as appropriate.- Review Submittals prior submission to Consultant.- Ensure all Civil obstructions have been cleared to MEP activities.- Ensure that no conflict may happen between Civil and MEP team.- Coordinate with temporary connection team to provide power& water where required.- Ensure a harmonious working relationship between Contractor and Consultants.- Engage with EAC at beginning of project to insure that temporary utilities (power and water) are provided on time and do the same when closing the project to ensure disconnection of utility services.- Review weekly reports, forward work plans and daily reports.

Rehabilitation and Expansion of Cairo International Airport Terminal Building No.2 - (TB2) Project Responsible for Plumbing, Sanitary Sewage, Storm Lines and Potable Water Lines- Installation of HDPE and all its fittings (160mm/110mm/75mm/50mm) lines.- Installation of Toilets Waste Water Pipes and Polypropylene Domestic Pipes.- Installation of Rain Drains and Floor Drains.- Installation of underground HDPE pipes under slab-on grade.- Installation of Urinals. - Installation of Vent Pipes.- Leakage tests for the HDPE.- Preparation of weekly and monthly reports and progress charts.- Monitoring sub-contractor (Al Ofouq) and the project deliverables. - Inspections done under ECG supervision and CAC knowledge.

Royal Commission for Jubail ana Yanbu " Project 1094 A construction of Roads & Utilities West Of TAMA - Home Ownership Programs ( Yanbu Industrial City ) 403 Villas [74,000,000 S.R. ]-Assuring safety on site for each team member.-Preparation of reports on weekly and monthly basis, revealing the difficulties faced in the project and the possible solutions. -Monitoring the project deliverables.-Monitoring the procurements and matching it with the purchase requests. -Ability to work under Project Manager’s & Superintendent’s supervision.-Ability to work under construction manager in site, deal with the consultant (Royal Commission) and with the end user (MARAFIQ).-Ability to provide the planning engineer with our progress in details & the sub-details. Working under his guidance of time factor on the activities’ durations-Ability to work with total coherence with other departments civil and electrical in common work points or activities depending on each other.-Monitoring plumbing infrastructure works from pipes (sanitary, irrigation, potable and storm), elbows, repair couplings, tees, fire hydrants, gate valves, ball valves, butterfly valves, dismantling joints installations.-Monitoring over the civil works from valve chambers, field density tests, backfilling, manholes and box channels installations.-Working with several equipment on site including Cranes, Backhoes, 3CX JCBs, Bobcats, Dum Trucks, Water Tankers, Rollers and Boom Trucks.-Having the ability to manage foremen. -Having the ability to manage workers and help to focus more on certain skills
