Procurement / Contract formation phase of the project (Pre-award):- Prepare and issue tender documents for different scope of works within the power station; including commercial and legal data as well as technical requirements.- Respond to bidders’ questions and clarifications prior to tender opening.- Prepare evaluation reports for submitted proposals.- Prepare and issue contract award recommendation report.- Attend and coordinate pre-award negotiation meetings to conclude a final agreement to be implied within the final contract document.- Prepare contract documents for signature.2. Contract Management phase of the project (Post-award):- Lead kick-off meeting to discuss required submittals and procedures throughout the contract execution lifetime.- Develop and follow-up various types of record logs for the actions taken during the project to facilitate reporting and data hand over at any stage of the project.- Review contractor's invoices, evaluate contractor’s entitlement and issue recommendations for payment to client.- Review and respond to contractor's commercial submittals, contract changes requests, and technical submittals for commercial impacts. - Review and respond to contractor's claims and disputes- Monitor and expedite contractor's delivery schedule- Prepare and issue contract change notices, acceptance certificates and contract amendments - Lead, coordinate and follow-up contract closeout procedures as soon as the contract is signed.
