I was a Programme Manager for Oxfordshire Highways (OCC-Jacobs-Isis Partnership) and my responsibilities included: development and implementation of the Oxfordshire Highways Programme Office (OHPO) and focal point for the delivery of the LTP Capital Programme (£37m value) and Project Manager for large traffic management and sustainable transport programmes.My achievements included:Implemented OHPO a cutting-edge information, communication and control hub for an OH-Client Master Programme and significantly improved planning, resourcing and delivery establishing strong links with the Client and OH management and delivery teams.Changed planning culture and implemented supporting procedures and systems.Delivered with client, well received Cowley Road Mixed Priority DfT Demonstration Project.

I was a Project Manager responsible for team of 4 graduates and leading multi-disciplinary teams involved in the South West Herts Transport Package (Client Hertfordshire County Council) experiencing significant growth, congestion and political need for plans for local people.My achievements included:Developed and consulted on local Oxhey (£4m) and Leavesden (£11m) Transport Plans and produced integrated and sustainable transport frameworks for multi-funded investment in improvements and took forward successful early design and implementation addressing traffic congestion and place management issues.Bushey Mill Lane and Radlett Road traffic calming scheme design, the Torbay Council scope to develop a new Transportation Strategy and feasibility reports on junction improvement options for the Harpenden Transportation Plan.Also responsible for graduate development as ICE Delegated Engineer.
