Marshalls manufactures products for commercial and domestic markets, operating within three main segments:- Marshalls Landscape Products, including paving, kerb, edgings, walling and protective street furniture for both commercial and domestic application- Marshalls Building Products, featuring drainage and water management solutions, concrete bricks, masonry, mortar, screeds and aggregates- Marley Roofing Products, a specialist in complete pitched roofing systems including solar technologyTogether these divisions represent years of technical expertise and market-leading innovation, focusing on creating better spaces.My role reports directly to the Chief Financial officer of the Group, and has a core focus on driving the commercial growth of the businesses across the Marshalls Group whilst maintaining a strong financial framework and disciplines.I work alongside the Executive Team as their key Finance Business Partner adding commercial value through the application of robust financial disciplines to business operations, business case assessment, resource allocation and benefits management. This is delivered alongside maintaining a first-class control environment that delivers confidence in the timeliness, accuracy and relevance of business financial reporting.I lead the management accounting and FP&A activity across the group leading a wider team of c.30 colleagues.
