Responsible to maintain CRDD with various product range in Tatra pack , Juices and CSD PET as well as preventive and annual maintenance budgeting and execution. Overview :• Responsible for fixed & variable manpower planning according to production plan• Coordinate with OEM for spare, service and support.• Responsible for all TPM related activities in plant.• Maintain all KPIs and brainstorming on how to improve them.• Maintain the record of production and RM/PM in PPMS.• Update daily abnormalities to improve machines performance and maintain their original condition.• Troubleshoot process related issues based on previous shift feedback.• Responsible for technical and operational training of operators and line engineers.• Responsible for enhancing the Juice and CSD line equipments performance to achieve CRDD.

• Ensure shift-wise monitoring of process parameters yield, OEE.• Coordinate with logistics and document total quantity of delivery in the Forward delivery notebook, entry in SAP.• Implement GHK, GMP and 5s on shop Floor.• Improve machine health and product by fixing recurring problems.• Troubleshoot process related issues based on previous shift feedback.• Coordinate with maintenance team for handling unplanned maintenance.• Report major problems to respective heads of the departments (Mechanization or electrical or quality) and accordingly resolve the production problems.• Supervise production line operation in accordance with plant policies and procedures.• Coordinate production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers.• Fill up standard checklist for daily routine activities and check daily process sheets and action items of operators.• Maintain group wise performance register for production performance, component summary, shift downtime, the problems faced and action plan.• Machine working Knowledge like Blow Molding M/C, SIPA Filling M/C, Linker filler, Labeler (Krones), Dimac shrink wrapper, Palletizer robotic SIPA.• Working knowledge of utility equipment like ammonia compressor, boiler, HP compressors, LP compressors etc.

· Maintaining manufacturing activities on robotic STEAG machine & JSW injection moulding machine.· Maintaining the yield improvement & cycle time of machine.· Implementation of 5’s on shop floor.· Responsible for CAPA analysis for non-conformities in product and process.· Identifying assignable causes by the use of latest analysis technique for enhancing plant efficiency and productivity to achieve CRDD targets.· Minimize the M/c breakdown, M/c Failure/c Accidents/.· Cost Reduction by reducing wastage and consumption of consumables. · To solve machine, quality related problems (Trouble Shooting). · Working in clean room environment & monitoring it. · Manpower handling & co-ordination with maintenance depts. For machine maintenance. · Daily production schedule adherence with right quality.· Implemented Kaizens & Continuous improvement related to cost, quality.(AWARDED FOUR TIMES FOR BEST PRODUCTION ACHIEVER OF THE DAY)
