CurrentAssociate Vice President - Human Resources -Health Tech Start up - Instrumental in setting up new health tech business (Apollo 24I7) on E Commerce platform and a supply chain company (Apollo Pharma Logistics Pvt Ltd) for doorstep medicine delivery across the country. Involved in manpower forecasting, budgeting, planning, TA, onboarding, managing complete life cycle of employee.(1) Talent acquisition - Develop and deliver a talent acquisitions Strategy to meet the evolving business needs in terms of acquiring and onboarding top-tier talent specially for tech, product, digital marketing, and operation delivery team. (2) HR Business Partner (HRBP)– Collaborate with functional head to develop and implement apt HR policy, SOP’s, Performance appraisal system, feedback mechanism, employee engagement and retention strategies, R&R initiatives including ESOP’s execution, short & long term incentive schemes in line of the group practice, business need and market standards.(3) Organizational change & Development - Identify and address OD needs, including talent development, training, and succession planning etc. Act as an internal consultant & change agent to ensure cultural and organizational initiatives are understood and accepted within the Group. (4) HR Automation, Analytics & Due Diligence - Drives HR automation, performance indicator & dashboards, Creation of a process to gather data pertaining due diligence and audit on frequent intervals including data for organizational design/Operating models, Comp & Ben, retention strategies, labour relations, etc. (5) Statutory Compliance & Audit – Implementations of a robust statutory compliance framework covering 21 different applicable labour laws including registration, returns, licensees, displays, notification, standing orders & risk assessments.
