Client Services Manager
CurrentI joined CIMCON Software as a Technical Support Executive and was promoted to the Sr. Technical Support and Implementation Engineer, followed by Team Lead, Asst. Executive - Implementation & Support
• My primary task was to implement and configure the software for the new clients. The process starts with importing their data into the OmniMD from existing software, Excel files, CSV, etc., preparing various prescription templates for the clinic and then training the Doctors on how to use th same. • Using the SQL queries to extract data in an importable format for OmniMD.• Migration of client data from different third-party software if required.• Working with the Client to customize their specialty-related notes and templates.• Identifying proper hardware requirements for OmniMD software.• Configuration of backend and front-end setup for different OmniMD applications.• Performing Document Hosting setup at Client or OmniMD side as per contract.• Installing the OmniMD applications like Card Scanner and Document Management Software through remote access at Client side.• Giving online training to clients for different modules of OmniMD like Appointment management, Prescription, Document Management System.• Communicating and coordinating with the Client at every implementation stage and providing the necessary support.• Along with implementation, provide remote support to all clients over the phone, internet (GoTo Meeting) and through e-mails.• Communicating and coordinating between client and Development teams for their technical issues, customization and new enhancements.
Executive - Technical Support
• Provide support to the EDMS (Enterprise Document Management System) software by validating and uploading scanned data of policy documents in Divisional EDMS servers (Linux) at the LIC site.• Provide software and technical support at Division and Branch level over the phone and internet.• Installations of new versions and HotFix of EDMS software at Division and Branch levels.• Conducting Training for LIC employees of new versions of EDMS software.• Communicating and coordinating between client and Development teams for their technical issues.• Reporting of daily activities to H.O. through calls and e-mails.
