I joined CIMCON Software as a Technical Support Executive and was promoted to the Sr. Technical Support and Implementation Engineer, followed by Team Lead, Asst. Client Services Manager and currently working as Client Services Manager for the last three years.• Duties include technical support, production deployment and administrator tasks.• My primary responsibility is to manage the Customer Support Team and guide them on day-to-day clients' queries and issues.• Provide support to our clients over e-mail and through online meetings.• Extremely involved in upgrading the Clients to the latest version in all the environments.• Test the Clients' issues in their local VMs, replicate them, find the solutions and send a reply.• Work with the Development and Testing teams for the bugs identified in the product and test the patches in local VMs before releasing them to the Client. • Work with our Clients to install the patches and deployment of the new versions.• Work with SQL Server 2005/2008/2012/2016 and Oracle 1og/11g to prepare and test the Application queries.• Prepare and review the documents requested by the Client for their new requirements in the product.• Manage the internal Ticketing System and send the Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports to the Management.

• My primary task was to implement and configure the software for the new clients. The process starts with importing their data into the OmniMD from existing software, Excel files, CSV, etc., preparing various prescription templates for the clinic and then training the Doctors on how to use th same. • Using the SQL queries to extract data in an importable format for OmniMD.• Migration of client data from different third-party software if required.• Working with the Client to customize their specialty-related notes and templates.• Identifying proper hardware requirements for OmniMD software.• Configuration of backend and front-end setup for different OmniMD applications.• Performing Document Hosting setup at Client or OmniMD side as per contract.• Installing the OmniMD applications like Card Scanner and Document Management Software through remote access at Client side.• Giving online training to clients for different modules of OmniMD like Appointment management, Prescription, Document Management System.• Communicating and coordinating with the Client at every implementation stage and providing the necessary support.• Along with implementation, provide remote support to all clients over the phone, internet (GoTo Meeting) and through e-mails.• Communicating and coordinating between client and Development teams for their technical issues, customization and new enhancements.

• Provide support to the EDMS (Enterprise Document Management System) software by validating and uploading scanned data of policy documents in Divisional EDMS servers (Linux) at the LIC site.• Provide software and technical support at Division and Branch level over the phone and internet.• Installations of new versions and HotFix of EDMS software at Division and Branch levels.• Conducting Training for LIC employees of new versions of EDMS software.• Communicating and coordinating between client and Development teams for their technical issues.• Reporting of daily activities to H.O. through calls and e-mails.

• Conducting pre-sales demo of CRM software and handling client inquiries.• Verifying hardware requirements for the implementation of software.• Install and configure the software and other required tools by visiting the client site.• Installing SQL and Database creation.• Extracting of clients' data from different data sources like Excel, CSV etc. and then using SQL queries to import the data in SQL DB.• Post implementation training to users about meaningful usage of the software.• Analyzing client reports and helping them in improving productivity in areas required. • Providing post-sales support, including backend support and DB backups in SQL Server.• Communicating and coordinating between client and Development teams for their technical issues new enhancements.

• Provide software support in UNIX Environment. • Solve the issues of Unix OS and Database systems at regional Offices and Branches under Gujarat.• Monitoring Database backups and other daily activities at the Branches.• Run updates and patches in software through remote or by visiting Branch Offices. • Writing shell scripts in UNIX to generate new reports as per Office requirements.• Preparing various MIS reports for Management Reviews. • Conducting end-user training for internal users about software and new updates in it.• Reporting of daily activities and data to H.O. through e-mails.
