I am a partner and patent attorney at K&S Partners, one of the leading IP law firms in India. I have been working in the field of patent law and biological diversity law for around two decades with a focus on biotechnology, chemistry, pharma, medical device and AI. I regularly appear before the Indian Patent Office and various courts, including the High Court of Delhi, Madras, Shimla, and the Supreme Court of India, to represent and advocate for my clients' patent rights. I also Chair the Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Subcommittee of the Technology Law Committee at the International Bar Association (IBA) and contribute actively to several other prominent associations and committees related to pharma and IP.
