A dedicated PhD student in agriculture and food science. Ample experience with agriculture; Food science, research, and development both in laboratory and field. Having sound work ethos, passion, and hardiness rest in my ability to work professionally in agriculture science research and development. I am dedicated to research scientist profession to become an Agriculturist scientist. I have more than three years of professional experience in sustainable agriculture development, climate-smart agriculture, Crop improvement, and Income generation through agriculture promotion in the Terai and mid-hill areas of Nepal. During my work tenure, I have mostly been involved in areas of agriculture research, Agriculture and social development, social mobilization and livelihood promotion. Working on these specialized areas has strengthened my ability and skill of proposal writing, program implementation, Activities piloting, monitoring, evaluation, data collection, data management, data analysis, reporting and documentation of progress, failure and success. I have significant experience in climate-smart agriculture development, crop improvement through breeding and selection, Income generation through vegetable production, livelihoods promotion through Agriculture and livestock as well as Disaster Management, Climate Change Adaptation and mitigation programs and continues my involvement in Income generation, Employment creation, and Enterprises promotion through value chain approach in hilly and Terai regions of Nepal. In addition, I have depth knowledge and experience in biodiversity conservation, promotion, nutrient smart agriculture promotion. In addition, I have depth knowledge and experience on human rights, right-based approaches/perspectives for economic development for disadvantage groups and communities.
